Buen hotel en Gran Via.
9.0El lugar es agradable decorado con colores. Me tocó una habitación amplia y silenciosa al fondo del pasillo. El baño bastante grande también. El personal es amable.

A relaxing and welcoming stay in busy Madrid.
10.0We arrived in the morning, well before check in. The staff was very receptive and friendly, they took our luggage and phone number so that they could call us when our room was ready. Our room was great. Loved the walk-in shower! The hooks along the wall next to the entry door made it so convenient for purses, jackets, hats, etc. Why doesn't every hotel do that? We also loved the roof-top bar, and there the staff was lovely as well. They went out of their way to get me a blanket on a chilly night. We are breakfast in the hotel once and it was very good. Not a buffet, we ordered off the menu.
