Бронирование на сайте не дает гарантии заселения
2.0Добрались до Великого Новгорода только 23.30. Наши места заняты. Администратор объяснила, что необходимо было дополнительное подтверждение или мы должны были въехать в 14.00, хотя в сообщении о бронировании ничего об этом не сказано. О сайте Hotels.com ничего не знает. Созвониться с нами не посчитали нужным. Некрасивая ситуация, отставили нас на улице ночью с 3 детьми. Спасибо огромное администраторам Park Inn, помогли найти в городе места для размещения, при том, что у них для нас места не было.
