Location was great. the building had an elevator.

− This is a room inside an 3 room apartment. The room was very small and in very bad condition. Towels were disgusting - smelled like acetic acid. Small face/hands towels was horrible quality, made of glass. Shower with mold, overall renovations are required in the room, bathroom and balcony. The smell in the apartment and room was horrible, like grandams place, very moldy. The bads are horrible, the mattresses needs replacements urgently! there are holes and your are just falling inside the hole. I never have back pain - and after firs night on the matrass I woke up broken with a back pain, couldn't even sleep. The second night I just placed the spare pillow into the hole to try and straiten the matrass. There safe was not working, it looked very old, i dont think anyone used it in a while. The socket that was connecting the fridge was connected not safely and not properly, so each time the cleaning lady came in, looks like she touched something and disconnected the fridge.... Also, if you open a drawer next to the bad - the socket comes out and disconnects the fridge. Our food and drinks were warm every evening we were coming back to the room and a sightseeing day... Very sad and low level apartments, not adviced at all. Also, since the check in and check out is at the Hotel next door, we asked to use the bathroom before picking up our luggage - and the bathroom of the hotel wasin a horrible shape, a lot of bad sheets inside a shower that smelled, and a lot of shit all over the room, like no one ever cleaned it. Not coming back there, not advised.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, zentral, nah am Trevi Brunnen und auch die Spanische Treppe ist in der Nähe. Personal nett und freundlich.

− Die Internetverbindung war meistens schlecht und am Abend war sehr laut .

Excellent Location and Attentive Service at Domus Julia Trevi We had a wonderful stay at Domus Julia Trevi, especially because of its excellent location. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, museums, great restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome and enjoying everything the city has to offer. One of the features we appreciated was the lobby near the check-in area, where you could purchase espresso, cappuccino, American coffee, and pastries at reasonable prices. They even offered alcoholic beverages, which was a nice extra touch. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend Domus Julia Trevi to anyone looking for a conveniently located place to stay while visiting Rome. Its central location and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable.
