Lovely Room in a Gorgeous Hotel
10.0We had a great stay at Cornhill Castle. Alice at reception welcomed us and let us know she would be available for any further assistance if required. I did ask if the heating could be turned up in our room as it was particularly cold. This was dealt with immediately by offering us another room or a mini electric radiator. We opted for the latter. The Dining room and bar area were also both cold so I'm not sure if there had been a problem with the heating system. It didn't spoil our stay though.

Nice …. But hard to sleep
4.0They checked us in to someone else’s room with their luggage sitting there. Bed was super noisy you could barely breathe too deeply or it would be squeezing very loudly. Heating has no controls in room so woke up in middle of night like we were sleeping in an oven. Room and hotel itself were lovely but pity after spending £200 for a single night to barely manage any sleep.
