We stayed at the Banyan Tree for 5 nights and after a rocky start, we were really happy with the way the management sorted the issues out so promptly. Our daughter has a gluten allergy and every day the chef will make several snacks, cakes and dessert that she could eat. The breakfast team are fabulous and really looked after us every morning with Ayoub , Mouna and the manager, madame Rochiole having our food all ready. Thank you so much . You are all a great asset to the hotel. Also thanks to Oosamma )guest relations manager)for sorting out all our issues . We hope to see you all soon.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Fatima El Kahli, who cleaned my room number 618 during my stay. She did an outstanding job every single day. The room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. Beyond her excellent cleaning, Fatima was always kind, respectful, and professional. She made my stay much more comfortable, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. Employees like Fatima are a real asset to the hotel. I truly hope her hard work is recognized because she consistently provides an exceptional level of service. DasThe housekeeping team, especially Latifa, is doing a great job. I must admit, she cleans everything very thoroughly and kindly and comes immediately when you call her. Her performance is very good!!!

As we wrap up our holiday at Banyan Tree Tamuda Bay, I wanted to take a moment to thank the breakfast team for their wonderful care and attention throughout our stay. From the very first morning, the staff went out of their way to make our family feel welcome, attending to us with genuine warmth and diligence every single day. A special thank you to Ayoub and the manager Rachida, whose kindness and attentiveness truly made our mornings something to look forward to. I’d also like to thank the spa team for a truly wonderful experience. The staff there were equally warm, professional and attentive. Nizar and Meary made it a real highlight of our stay. It’s this level of personal, heartfelt service that turned our holiday into such a memorable and pleasant experience. I couldn’t recommend these teams more highly.

The service was excellent, and everything was very good. We stayed in Room 208, where our housekeeper, Sanaa, took exceptional care of us. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. We truly appreciated her outstanding service.
