I didn’t stay at the property that night because of the situation of roaches, crawling all over

− I checked in on Thursday, July 16 at around 10 PM and when I enter into the room and turn the lights on there were roaches crawling all over and I have the video for proof. I exit the building. I called the front desk. She told me there are nonrefundable property. The lady at the front desk did offer me to move me to another room.She told me I can also speak to the manager the next morning at nine so being that I could book the reservation through a third-party I called them and I explained to them what was going on the third-party email the property about my situation and then the next day I did call the manager, and he did mention to me that there are nonrefundable property, I understand I understand that very well and I stayed there before and I didn’t have that problem like I mentioned earlier. I do have a video of everything that I’ve seen in the room roaches in the bathroom on the ceilings. How was I to bring my luggage in there and not have not guaranteed that roaches wouldn’t crawl inside sorry for this inconvenience. I’m not wanting to complain and posting but like they said they’re not a refundable property, I was not to my satisfaction I didn’t even stay at the property at night.
