The room was very dirty, and half of the water park was closed. We moved rooms because of how dirty ours was and got downgraded. We canceled our second night and were told we would be reimbursed for the downgrade and second night, but we were not. I called the number provided on Google for the three bears, and a man answered, saying he isn't at the hotel and would get back to me... He did not.

Over charged for our stay, called multiple times and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Bathrooms in the water park were closed two days, when they were open they were poorly stocked and dirty.

Disappointed

Disappointed. We booked a 5 bedroom villa, it was actually 2 bedroom and a loft. No WIFI or TV. Furniture was torn and dated. There was 10" of snow that wasn't shoveled, we would have shoveled if there had been one available. When we talked to management they dismissed all of our concerns.

Horrible Place To Stay

This was a terrible decision to come here. I brought my toddler daughter over valentines day weekend. When I first got to the room the floors were dirty, sticky and it smelled. There was hair and what I thought was just fuzz all over the bed. I pulled the top bedding off because I refused to use it. The pool area looked run down. Even my daughter pointed out the area where there was grime build up. She didn't want to spend much time in the water after that. Service was not very friendly at all and it took forever to get food. Worst part, we brought home BED BUGS from this place. I've spent well over a $100 trying to get rid of them. I called as soon as I noticed and the lady just said she talked to a manager and then hung up. I'm guessing from previous posts this is an ongoing known issue they are not telling people. I highly recommend that you NOT stay at this place. It was a huge waste of money and a very big regret.

Where to begin? Everything about this place was very disappointing. I went with my family on the weekend of Jan 17th only staying one night, thank god. First off walking into the resort my expectations were higher but then I had to lower them and then some more lowering. Nothing is warm and welcoming. The pool needs a desperate cleaning! The water itself isn't dirty looking but on the pool walls there is a bunch of dark grime. Stepping into the water it was freezing! The hot tub was the temp of what the pool should be. My kids didn't stay in the water too long because they were freezing. There wasn't enough tubes for the lazy river most of the tubes were deflated maybe the 5 they have were being used and people didn't bother to share, they carried the tubes with them. Everyone seemed to be in the hot tub because that was the only spot that was a reasonable temp. There was half an inch of dust ontop of the bubbler to drink from, with a rusty screw driver ontop. ( that wouldn't be good for a younger child to get ahold of ) the lifeguards are all under the age of 18, all the do is walk and talk not paying attention to anyone or anything around them like their heads are in the clouds. The room we spent the night in seemed to take forever for the heat to kick in. There was screws under the desk in our room. Following morning I noticed bugs under the curtain when I pulled the curtain back. Screen was ripped, lamp was broken. Bathroom fan had black dust inside. At night my kids were so disappointed and uncomfortable they were asking me if they could go home. We ate dinner here also which I regret doing too, our order was wrong and cold. Then we got the rest an hour later which it was cold again. This place really stinks cause it's out in the middle of no where with not alot of other food options. I mentioned and addressed all these concerns with the front desk lady the morning of departure. She did get an attitude with me. Instead of apologizing to me and offering a refund she got an attitude. Oh and I seen they like to post on their comments your failure to address before leaving, don't even with mine you were well addressed. After asking to speak to her manager she claimed she was the manager which was ridiculous, she finally gave me a card with his name. Nick Patel fiance it said. I called. This guy monday morning he answered the phone unprofessional just hi.. I had to ask him if he was the correct person. After addressing I would like a refund and about the condition of this resort and the employees he said he will have an employee be in touch. Never happened. After hearing what was going on you would believe he would ask to see photos but he didnt however i sent the photos anyways. I never heard back from him. He shouldn't be running a resort. I won't come back to this place and anyone that thinks about coming here run the other way it's a scam from the previous photos from the old owner they are still using. & it's a rip off! I booked through choice hotels front desk lady said she couldn't refund that because of this particular reason which I found out is false too. I hope for you to hear from the BBB very soon. Don't reply back to my comment, there's no need to, you already stole my money and you will be exposed. If I could post all the photos on here I sure would have they muted or took away that option to post photos that's why all the photos are from a year prior when someone else ran this place.

Avoided at all costs. Skip going to a water park. Save up for the wilderness or Great Wolf or anything else. The new management has let this park run to s***. The hot tub is lukewarm. You will get warmer water trying to wash your hands in the bathroom. Tubes are flat. Nobody apparently knowing how to patch or run a pump. Whether it's bad ownership, the inability to staff at Warren's, Wisconsin or something else. Three bears is long since past its prime. If you want an anecdote it's like the three bears and Goldilocks coming home to find that they're nice. Little home and their wonderful meal has been shad in urinated on beaten and left to die in a ditch.
