8.0I really loved the onsen experience. We also paid extra for the Kaysei dinner, which was delicious and well presented. However, it was a pity that we were not informed in advance that we needed to choose our main dish when booking the meal, so we were unaware that pre-selection was required. In the end, the chef selected one abalone and one beef dish for us. Although both were good, we would have preferred to choose abalone for both. Despite this small issue, the overall stay was still very enjoyable and relaxing, and we left with a happy experience.
