10.0Really helpful and friendly staff. Room covers everything you need. Right in the middle of Barnard Castle so perfect location. We had a lovely stay, thanks.
Good atmosphere downstairs, very poor upstairs.
4.0We arrived to find there was cobwebs on the walls, no toilet roll holder, UHT milk 2 months out of date, slime coming out of the shower head, waste bin still had rubbish in from previous clients, radiator pipes covering falling off, ceiling light full of flies etc.
Little gem in busy market town
10.0Real 'down to earth' locals pub - lovely double room (single occupancy) overlooking main street - one of the best I've stayed in. Room only basis but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
