Damp and dirty

Bed was damp and dirty, member of staff just opened the door and came in (without knocking) and asked if we called them? (We didn't) we booked another hotel and left the same day

Acueil agréable dès la sortie d'un jeune employé en voyant arriver le taxi;puis OK réception et accompagnement dans la chambre.Beaucoup plus de points forts que de petits détails qui s'oublient . Bien = ascenseur ,surface chambre avec clim et ventilateur plafond,prise anti moustique fournie(inutilisée),plusieurs codes gratuits wi fi,ménage/changements serviettes+rajout produits . Propre mais quelques points vieillots(rouille,tartre).Très efficace appui info tourisme/aide résa train,contact et négoc prix richshaw Dommage que buffet breakfast trop épicé pour nous.Accès extérieur par douzaine marches.Pas d'accès balcon ni extérieur dans la chambre 204.Beaucoup de très gentilles attentions avec sourires:c'est le plus important de l'expérience.Très proche pied de gare Junction train et embarcadère et tout.Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Aiswarya - clean and basic

I stayed for 2 nights. As the price was reasonable I did not expect 5 star luxury. What I did expect was AC that worked quietly rather than something which sounded like the constant hum of a motorbike. The towels were not up to my standard for a hotel, though I have no doubt that they were clean. Finally only one pair of pillows provided which did not really support my head. Overall, the service was polite and the place was pretty basic. I left thinking I should have stayed else where hence my rating.

フロントにたつスタッフは優秀な印象で、チェックアウトしたあとも荷物を預かってくれたりタクシーを呼んでくれたりととても助かりました。ポーターについては個人的なことを聞いてきたり頼んではいないものを部屋にもってきたりと接客についてまだまだ勉強中の印象でした。

A decent option for those passing through. Lovely breakfast. Rooms slighted dated and could probably do with a deep clean. That being said, for he price, it's good value.
