9.0On arrival, we were very disappointed. Check-in took a long time, the ground-floor room we had expected was not available, and our room was not ready until around 3:30 pm. At that stage, we felt overlooked and not properly cared for. However, after I raised my concerns, the reception team, especially Mr Ahmed Salah, were incredibly helpful and completely changed our experience. We were moved to an upgraded room, and the team called us every day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We felt comfortable, valued and well looked after, and we would genuinely like to thank the whole team for that. The room was very clean and comfortable and room service was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The beach was the biggest advantage of this hotel. It was clean, sandy and not overcrowded. Drinks were available nearby, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the Turkish restaurant was just off the beach, so there was no need to walk far. The food was tasty, with plenty of meat and protein options, although the overall variety was limited. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, very clean hotel with friendly staff and short walking distances, especially for families with very young children or elderly guests, this is a very good choice.
