1.0− There was a lady screaming, swearing. It was quite intimidating. We weren't able to leave our rooms for a couple of hours due to this.

− What we didn't like about the hotel was that there was no hot water, no heating, and not enough blankets provided—only sheets. It was freezing, especially for the kids, and we were very uncomfortable during our stay. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, we expected much better comfort and facilities.
Quite convenient and it was clean.. kitchen facilities for self catering very good.
