From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The self check-in process was incredibly easy thanks to the clear instructions, and having access codes meant we could arrive whenever we wanted without waiting for reception. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep despite being in such a convenient central location. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the Smart TV worked perfectly, allowing us to enjoy our favorite streaming services in the evening. Although there isn't a traditional reception, communication was outstanding. Whenever we had a question, we received a quick and helpful reply via WhatsApp, making the whole experience efficient and stress-free. Every morning, the owner was available and gave us excellent advice on how to organize our visit to the Cinque Terre. His recommendations on the best itineraries, train schedules, and places to visit helped us make the most of our trip and avoid the busiest times. The location is ideal for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, with restaurants, shops, and the train station all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, clean, and well-managed accommodation.

Room was clean

− Location wasn’t great, it’s advertised as sound proofed walls, this isn’t the case I heard everything out next door neighbour was doing there was also lots of noise from the streets. The hotel itself is also a hotel that has no staff check in is all done by yourself with codes and key boxes if there is an issue you only have WhatsApp to communicate with a faceless person. The TV was advertised as having streaming services and it didn’t !

L’emplacement est parfait: proche des restaurants et de la gare 3min a pied . Très propre accès facile . Ona eu un blocage de la porte a23h mais la personne était très réactive . Le monsieur s’est déplace rapidement 20min a règle le problème La Clim était parfaite ausssi

− Le petit déjeuner qui se résume a un petit pain avec un café et un mini jus artificiel

Sparkling clean, clear instructions for check in, everything was as described. We arrived late at night and on the next morning there were already cleaning service. Mike checked in with us multiple times to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We definitely can recommend this place.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful and varied and clearly freshly prepared. We really enjoyed our stay there.
