The apartment complex had many facilities like groceries and restaurants open until late hours. The apartment was comfortable and modern, located conveniently above an underground parking garage accessible by an elevator.

− There was no dining table in the kitchen, we had to eat on a small table in the living room. There was no airconditioning, but there was one ventilator.
