Terrible communication, could not get in for almost an hour in the middle of night
2.0Used to be nice apartments with nice interior and very convenient location
− Despite confirming my time of arrival they let me sit almost an hour in front of the entrance kn the street in the middle of the night with nobody answering on the only contact number. After 45 minutes of trying to get in touch with them, somebody just sent me code to the keybox and instructions how to open the room without even saying sorry we left you on the street waiting for so long and didnt even reply to your messages on our only whatsapp number. Very upsetting and arogant. There were also women hair in our bed, shower holder all broken, shower itself very worn and looking un maintained for a long time. Used to be nice, now terrible, would not recommend at all.

6.0Convenient to Metro. Good air conditioning. Quiet. Close to good supermarket. Towels changed daily.
− Water was off for approx. 18 hours which was really a massive inconvenience and spoiled a full day. Communication around this issue wasn’t great. Could have kept us better updated, had to check water company website ourselves for updates. Some bottled water by the hosts who ulster not have been helpful. Couldn’t flush toilets or shower! Clothes storage was poor for 4 people sharing.
