− Atendimento dos funcionários, muitos eram novos, não sabiam responder e tirar dúvidas, não sabiam auxiliar, atendimento demorado. Foi uma experiência bem negativa de serviço.

1.0− Ruim custo beneficio, limpeza dos quartos e retiradas de lixo ocorreu so uma vez durante estadia, quarto tinha formigas constantemente e pasmem, saia baratas no alicerce da porta do banheiro. Pia do banheiro entupida o tempo todo.
