Glad to have a place to lay our heads but my least favorite experience in a long time. It’s probably more to do with the

− It was very crowded and way way over priced. By far the most expensive stay of our trip ($300 a night) and not at all worth that. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin. The only redeeming factor of this stay was the staff who were very friendly.

8.0I would have given it a 5 except for the luggage carts. See below. A little tricky getting to but manageable. It is in the same physical building as the Hilton Home 2 Suites. Nice king room. Food is nearby. I really liked the Mexican restaurant withing walking distance of the hotel. Friendly check in. It was clean with adequate towels. The 120v outlets were adequate. As for the luggage carts, they are sorry. They are those triangular shaped base with no bottom. They do not hold much plus smaller bags fall out of the bottom and drag along the floor. BRING BACK THE 4 WHEELED LARGE CARTS.
