10.0After a bit of a mix up at check in we were offered a room upgrade to a Seaview room. Which was very much appreciated and was stunning ! Service throughout the hotel was very welcoming and professional. The resort was very clean and food at the restaurant was delicious and tast. It was low season so was rather quiet which we enjoyed. Pool and beachfront kept very clean and inviting for a swim. We enjoyed our stay.

8.0We booked 3 rooms on June 2025 for our big family. If you have an elderly who has a problem with walking, the hotel can provide a wheelchair to get around the hotel. You need to tell them in advance. There’s a pool and a mini private beach. To get to the mini beach there’s a staircase going down. The pool is good to relax. The service of the employees were excellent and all are nice. My mother forget to bring her rosary home during their checkout but the people were so nice to let us know that we can pick it up. This is a very special gift, I gave to my Mom. I was very grateful and happy, how the people were honest and so kind. God bless you all! The front office people and cleaners are so helpful and attentive to our request and needs. When I told them I had problems with the wifi and the a/c they fixed it the same day. We enjoyed our stay, the free breakfast and will come back again another time! Thank you so much!

4.0Was actually looking forward to my stay but had to move my travel plans up two days and the hotel refused to work with me. I will be back in Cebu a lot and was not asking for anything extra other than a different night ended up just staying elsewhere as the change fee was more than a nights accommodation. My fault I suppose, but would be smart as a business to work with a guest if no cost was involved.
