6.0Super Clean and well appointed rooms. Convenient location just off the Interstate. Dining Choices were abundant and the 1832 Steakhouse was a near 5 star Experience!
− Check in was abysmal! Was sent an online check in opportunity but when we arrived at 3 pm and tried to use, it was unavailable. Apparently it expires at 2 pm but there was no mention of that anywhere in what we were sent. So we went to registration to check in and the check-in line was long with only two attendants until a third was called who seemed perturbed at being called. Luck of the draw and we came up with the third who was added who was unfriendly, rude and inhospitable. We almost walked out at this point.
Loads of fun with one exception—-slots do not pay
10.0− Slots never paid the last two times I visited! I guess that’s why they call it gambling! Lots of fun to win some to keep playing!
