4.0the bathroom had no toilet seat, no hot water. The room had no furniture to sit down, they had to bring a table and two chairs over from another room. No bottled water, no nightlights. Loud music and traffic noise from the street. The bed was good, but the rest was very disappointing . Breakfast was offered after 9AM!! Will not stay there ever again.

8.0This hotel is comfortable and good for the price! The staff is wonderful and very attentive to the guest. They had homemade tortillas every morning which were amazing! The pool was so nice and very few guest; except on the Sunday we stayed which had locals coming in. The food is good. It is a very convenient location as you are only a 15-20 minutes car ride away from Chichen-Itzá and other beautiful Cenotes. There’s also a convenient store and pharmacy within a one minute walk time. The downsides of the hotel is it doesn’t really have any hot water; the water temperature is the same for both hot and cold knobs. The address provided online was also a little confusing as it makes it seem like it’s inside a block when in reality the hotel is right on the Main Street you come into the town. The rooms also have very large glass windows which even with the curtains makes it so bright in the morning. If that’s an issue for you I would not suggest the rooms as most to all we saw were like this. When booking it had mentioned free wifi but upon checking in we were never provided with any wifi information. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

10.0The manager and staff worked hard to accommodate all visitors! Marisa became a friend and suggested numerous cities for me to visit. The restaurant food and service were wonderful!
