8.0Điểm tâm sáng khá nhiều món, sạch sẽ.
− Nhân viên khách sạn cần chuyên nghiệp hơn. Phòng ốc nên vệ sinh sạch sẽ hơn, hành lang nhiều bụi bẩn, hệ thống điện và ổ cắm điện bố trí chưa hợp lý. Khách sạn có các cửa nhôm không hợp lý khi ra vào thang máy và hành lang.

− Полы моют так себе. Под кроватью вековая пыль. Не предупредили что вода в пустом холодильнике платная.
