6.0the location is excellent just few min, walk to the station and various stores nearby, and the staff is very courteous. But the hotel itself is quite old and quite many repaired area inside the bedroom, and hot spring size is a bit small

10.0I loved absolutely everything about this stay, only wishing we had booked to stay longer. Staff were fantastic to speak with and we were very well looked after. The room was comfortable with a great view. They made our beds while we had dinner. We stayed in a Tatami Japanese style room, and sleeping was very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the hot springs comfortable. We booked some private onsen time, and it was well worth it for the family to bath together for almost an hour.
Good to know
Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
