Wir hatten mit unseren Enkelkinder ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Perfekt, das Frühstück war gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kinder hatten jeden Abend den Innenpool benutzt, sehr schön 👍

− Leider wurde unser Mülleimer nicht gelehrt, obwohl er sehr voll war.

Alles in allem der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und hatte nichts mit Urlaub zu tun

Lage direkt am Strand / Promenade wie gebucht, jedoch lässt der seitliche Meerblick zu wünschen übrig, Personal durchgängig nett und freundlich

− jetzt zu den negativen Dingen, die nicht zu dem passen, was ein 4 Sterne Hotel bieten sollte : - Anlieferungen Wäsche, Lebensmittel ... , sowie Abholung von Müll lässt sich bestimmt auf andere Zeiten verschieben und nicht morgens um 6:00 Uhr ( Urlaubsfeeling ist das keins, wenn man über die Hälfte der gebuchten Nächte um ca. 6:00 Uhr im Bett sitzt ) - das frühstück, was in sehr vielen Bewertungen als hervorragend und bestmöglich eingestuft wurde, habe ich nirgends gesehen, das Angebot war doch sehr überschaubar , allerdings ein Lob von meiner Frau für die weich gekochten Eier - Zimmerreinigung gab es zum größten Teil gar nicht, keine gemachten Betten, tote Insekten unter der Gardine und unterm Tisch - Duschgel bei der Ankunft leer - zwei tage ohne saubere Handtücher - Möbel zum Teil stärkere Beschädigungen -keinerlei Privatsphäre durch fehlende Gardienen, alle umliegenden Hotelzimmerbewohner konnten in unser Zimmer schauen - Glastür die das Bade, bzw. Toilette abgrenzen soll ist eine Fehlplanung - Fenster zu Toilette und Dusche...........was hat man sich dabei gedacht ? Ebenso die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer at den Charme eines Stundenhotels - total verschmutzter Flur, dazu Berge voll Schmutzwäsche, die über den ganzen Tag dort gelagert wurde Nachdem ich diese Beschwerden bei der Abreise vorgebracht habe, wurde mir die Kosten für Tiefgarage und Kurtaxe erlassen, was ich allerdings als zu wenig empfinde

Tolle Lage, Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet mit tollem Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Frühstück war hervorragend.

− Die Reinigung war denke ich überfordert. Wenn man das "Bitte reinigen'-Schild an die Tür gehängt hat, wurden zwar die Handtücher ausgetauscht und die Betten gemacht, jedoch das WC nicht gereinigt. Kenne ich so nicht,
