8.0The owner is very nice. A lot of walkable dining options.

10.0At first we weren’t too sure, as we arrived at night and it felt like walking into a strangers house. However, after we got more comfortable we loved it. No cleanliness issues, very easy to come in and out. Very close to everything you’d want in Manchester and easy parking.

2.0We booked it at the great rate of 25 bucks a night and the host said he wants $137 a night and so we had a Mexican standoff

8.0It’s a good place to stay in the Manchester area, conveniently located. The building is old and has some wear to it but it’s cute and homey and Frank is very sweet and accommodating.
