Motel Canceled My Reservation
2.0Shortly before my trip I got a phone call from the owner that she canceled my reservation because we had only booked one night and she refused to honor our reservation due to that. When I asked her why this was not informed to me when I booked the stay her response was condescending and rude. The excuse she gave was that it was due to COVID-19. If she was accepting other reservations she should have accepted ours and not discriminate against us because we only booked one night. She canceled shortly before our trip which means we had no place to stay. This facility is not a place you can count on.
