− Is just about a food issue i had order 1 food named asam pedas salmon...1st food came had a plastic on the gravy or fish im not very sure on that but i called the receptionist they responded well they said..they will give me a new set back...but it came with the same with the same amount of vege on the gravy & they send the salted egg only a side...but the receptionist told me that they will give me a new set...so i thought they give me a set new off everything...but they just gave what i left but in a new condition...so i think they should explain clearly...i was upset about that issue...i hope the hotel can do something on their side...thank you

10.0the room was big and spotlessly clean. the staff were very friendly. the beds were perfectly comfortable. it is very near the airport which makes things very easy for tired travelers. I will definitely recommend this hotel. the room rates are very reasonable for the excellent service and quality.
