10.0Before we even arrived, Jessica and I had great communication and she was accommodating to our requests. We arrived prior to check-in time and asked if we could at least drop off the luggage so we did not have to go everywhere with all the luggage, as we were a group of 5. At time of arrival, she was there to help us unload and hold our luggage until the apartment was ready. She explained all the great things there were to do and see in Barcelona and explained the best way to move around the city. She gave us all the information we needed and gave us a map. The apartment is conveniently located near the bus stop, places to eat, and there is a 24 supermercat near by. We loved the apartment and felt very clean and comfortable. We even made some fresh coffee in the morning and enjoyed it at the roof top, which is artistically decorated and inspired by Dali's work. The apartment is exactly what you see! No gimmicks here. We also had a late flight and Jessica offered again to hold on to our luggage and drop it off the airport for us at the time we requested, at an additional charge of 25 Euros. For us this was a huge help as we checked out at 11am and our flight wasn't until 11pm that night. She was wonderful and genuinely helpful! Thank you!

10.0We stayed only one night, but it was a welcome retreat after a long flight. The outsoor terrace/patio was lovely ..wish we jad more time to enjoy it. Everything was clean, well decorated, with nice amenities and air conditioning! Jessica was easy to communicate with, and even scheduled our taxi for the airport.
Great Apartment, Great Host
8.0The apartment worked really well for our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and is conveniently located near shopping, food options, public transportation and the airport. Jessica was an amazing host. She provided above standard service by assisting us with any questions quickly and efficiently. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

10.0So far the best accommodations of our entire 30 day European vacation. The terrace was lovely. The apartment had lots of room and was close to public transportation and the airport.
