7.0The location was great to local attractions.
− Limited staff service. We had a problem with the key pad on the reception door which gave access to where our room was. I sent a message in WhatsApp and no one responded. Fortunately after waiting a while we tried again and it finally opened. But we were nervous every time we left the room that we wouldn’t get back in again.
