9.0Great location, nice staff. Had AC and refrigirator which was perfect during my summer stay
− My room faced the stone alley and got quite loud in the morning (4-6am). Breakfast was also a bit average, not terrible but not great either, although overall I enjoyed my stay and I recommend the place.
Loved my stay at Royal Oak, this was our second visit and will return.
10.0The room was lovely, very clean, and air conditioned, the bathroom was great. The room was serviced every day and tea and coffee supplies restocked and complimentary. The staff are lovely and attentive, the breakfast has a great choice, with everything you could need. The location is excellent, right in the centre of beautiful Keswick.
− The bed is a little firm for me but I agree that is personal taste. There is no lift in the property, and its quite a few steps to carry your luggage to your room, no help was offered. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

− Room 5 size was very small, zero privacy when curtains are open, the layout of cloths storage and coffee making facilties was badly configerated and only three items of clothing could be hung up. There was toilet brush in bathroom
