5.0I loved the breakfast and the rooms that I had I was confused because the first king I was put in was a handicapped room which was huge compared to the smaller king I was transferred to because the first room, 2 dogs was barking nonstop and disturbed our rest after a 10 hour travel. The staff immediately put me in another room and was satisfied. The TV was outdated and showed local and basic channels vs when I'm in Atlanta at another hotel that allowed Netflix connections, prime connections so we can enjoy what we usually watch when we're home. Besides that it was a good visit I just know Hyatt can do more to meet more expectations of comfortability.
