The apartment is super spacious, really clean, and comes with dishes, a fridge, and a full kitchen. There are even two bathrooms, which is great. The living area is comfy, with a table and a sofa, and the bedroom is big and cozy too. The neighborhood feels safe — about a 15‑minute walk to the colonial zone and just a couple of minutes from the seafront. Parking is easy and secure inside the courtyard, monitored 24/7. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Totally recommended.

Die Lage, 1 Minute zur Malecon, Zona Colonial mit Auto 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Gutes Internet. Badewanne, warmes Wasser. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachts sehr ruhig. Parkgarage. 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche & großen Kühlschrank. 2 WCs.

− Eines der wenigen Hotels in der DR ohne Probleme.

Enjoyable stay in a great part of Santo Domingo!

The location is excellent. The location is very close to the ocean and many of the apartments have wonderful views of the ocean! The hotel is also very close to the colonial zone - just a short uber ride away. In addition, there is a great restaurant and a colmado that are only a few steps away. Also, the people that work at the hotel are extremely helpful, nice, and friendly!

− While the hotel does offer many television channels, unfortunately, the guests of the hotel are not able to access YouTube. It will be great if the hotel adds this option in the future. Also, there is no television or air conditioner in the main living area - these are only in the bedroom area (at least for the single bedroom apartment that I stayed in). However, there is a fan in the main living area and opening the balcony doors in the main living area to allow the ocean breeze to come through the apartment does help some with the heat. Lastly, when booking at this hotel through booking.com, you should know that the 'final price' that booking.com gives you may not actually be your true final price. The 'final price' that booking.com presented to me when I booked the apartment was actually about $30 less than the price that I was charged when I arrived at the hotel. I was told that the difference was related to the exchange rate between the USD and the DOP, which is always fluctuating. Obviously, if my stay was longer than 5 nights, that price difference would have been larger than $30. I did call booking.com for help with this, but they only re-confirmed that the price difference is tied to an exchange rate between the USD and the DOP.
