Worst Experience Ever!

− Absolutely appalling — the worst customer service ever experienced. Sora Luxury Inn is anything but “luxury”: Mould in the room, a leaking fridge, a filthy and unhygienic bathroom, and problems accessing the room. Despite repeatedly chasing the property, our complaints and request were simply ignored. The complete lack of communication, care and basic hospitality is unacceptable. Save your money and book elsewhere — we certainly won’t be returning.

− Ninguna información previa sobre dónde desayunar. Consultamos a través de WhatsApp, pero tardaron en contestar, así que perdimos el primer día de desayuno. El segundo día fuimos a desayunar a la cafetería indicada, pero el desayuno fue pésimo: pedimos un vaso de agua y nos dijeron que no estaba incluido (os podéis hacer una idea del nivel). Con respecto a las camas, el colchón del sofá cama fue una tortura. En cuanto al baño, es amplio, pero el agua de la ducha se salía hacia afuera del resto del baño, así que tuvimos que usar las toallas para secar el agua (cada vez que nos duchamos). Por último, el ascensor muy estrecho, cumplía su función, pero no apto para claustrofóbicos.

− Shower had poor drainage in our bathroom resulting in pooling of water but rest of shower was nice and spacious
