Dirty and badly maintained, not "luxury"
2.0The location near Campo de' Fiori.
− The room was dirty and clearly not maintained. A constant humming noise, probably from an extractor, ran all night and made it hard to sleep. The pillows were ugly and had yellow stains. The coffee machine was dirty and the TV didn't work. The photos online look far better than the real thing. Calling this place a "luxury inn" is misleading.

10.0Muito perto da área central, mercados e cafeterias próximas, consegui fazer quase tudo a pé, exceto ir ao terminal de trem pois estava com mala grande, mas isso o hotel providenciou um transfer - maravilhosa por sinal!
− Elevador é pequeno caso tenha muitas bagagens e grandes precisa de mais de uma viagem, mas nada que incomodasse.

− El desayuno es bastante limitado: únicamente un croissant dulce y un capuchino, sin ninguna opción salada. Además, la ducha tenía poca disponibilidad de agua caliente.
