8.0Un lieu chargé d’histoire et la déco en adéquation parfaite.pure merveille ! Très belles chambres, lits confortables. Accueil très sympa et très chaleureux.
− L’emplacement loin des parkings et l’impossibilité Bien que notre hôtesse nous ait prévenu de la possibilité de mise en fourrière les jours de marché , il nous est arrivé une aventure dont nous aurions pu nous passer. À notre arrivée, deux policiers en voiture municipale se sont avec beaucoup de fair-play mis à notre disposition pour nous trouver une place et nous ont demandé de les suivre en voiture. Ils nous ont indiqué un stationnement où nous devions pouvoir passer la nuit de 20 heures à 8h le Lendemain.Nous étions donc tranquille ! Malheureusement, en arrivant sur place à 7h30 le matin, notre voiture venait d’être emportée à la fourrière pour cause de marché à la demande du placier municipal….contravention en plus évidemment! Au commissariat de police ils se sont excusés de n’avoir plus pensé au marché, bien conscients de leur responsabilité dans l’affaire, mais incapables d’agir en notre faveur, les deux logiques étant indépendantes. Nous nous sommes aperçus que beaucoup de commerçants et de dénoncent le rigorisme, de la ville de Sarzanna, par rapport aux règles de stationnement qui découragent les visiteurs de venir loger a Sarzanna.en effet, malgré le merveilleux logement où nous étions hébergés nous ne viendrons plus y passer la nuit , e transport de bagages depuis le parking étant une véritable corvée, encore plus difficile à supporter pour des personnes âgées. Une suggestion à faire : il faudrait au minimum que chaque loueur d’hébergement puisse disposer de sortes de chariots à mettre à disposition des clients pour transporter leurs bagages
Soggiorno che non dimenticherò
10.0Veramente un bellissimo soggiorno. Mi sono sentita una contessa di secoli fa. L'atmosfera era unica in ogni stanza e anche sul balcone e mi è piaciuto particolarmente il bagno. La signora che ci ha accolti gentilissima e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda, noi siamo andati per visitare meglio Lerici e la zona, e devo dire che lì è perfetto, tranquillo e fuori dal caos.
− Forse avrei preferito avere l'aria condizionata anche nelle zone comuni, faceva molto caldo.

10.0Everything was perfect and Rafaela was truly a wonderful host. We were surrounded with so much beauty, history, and culture. A memorable stay spent with family in luxury. I highly recommend it. Will return in the future for sure.
