2.0These people cancelled my reservation and rebooked me for another property in a ghetto area without my consent, claiming it was an upgrade while I was on route to Jamaica. Then had the nerve to tell me if I wasn't pleased to just cancel. I arrived in Jamaica having nowhere to stay and now I'm having to fight with them to get my refund. Last time Expedia told me the property manager is denying having done business with me. Be careful, don't trust them.

2.0If you book with this apartment just remember that there is no refund, no exceptions, not even an exchange for a later date, so if an emergency arrives your money will be forfeited. The representative for the hotel is also unprofessional, even to the cheap tickets agent.

10.0Everything went smoothly. My host was on time friendly and took me through a proper orientation. Check-in and checkout was easy peasy. I would recommend. I felt so at home, that I was reluctant to fly back to Florida. Thanks Ricardo and crew. God bless you. 🙏

10.0Oakland guest Apartments is a go-to spot for me. Unlike a hotel I can come in town for a week or two have my mother and my sister over for dinner with the full kitchen and spend quality time with my family. The staff is great and very helpful. Once everything is settled at the time of check in its like I have my own house here in Jamaica. I would recommend anyone looking for a place anywhere in Kingston to check this place out.
