10.0Great as ever It’s difficult to fault Dakota, comfortable rooms, friendly staff
− Staff are very friendly and it’s difficult to find fault. If they are looking for improvement then bar staff took forever to serve me when bar was almost empty-looked like a member of staff/friend was in the bar and they were chatting. Had to walk to the bar and ask for my drink after 15 mins of sitting in the bar. This has happened several times before when I’ve stayed (I stay regularly)
