9.0Jättebra läge, lugnt och skönt för att sova trots att det låg så centralt. Fint litet spa, och underbar takterrass. Vi är mycket nöjda! Bra frukost, och supertrevlig personal. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

9.0− One of the people from the reception was really unhelpful and rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she solved the problem immediately. They closed the bar without warning due to “personal problems” of the staff - this was really awkward. Except for the above stated, the location was great, with great value for the money.

10.0Location was in the heart of Porto historic area on a pedestrian street. Room was clean, nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Access to the spa amenities was a nice recharge while traveling for several days!
