Great location, close to the airport. Amazing hotel, with all the facility you can imagine..Everything in resorts was spotless clean, beautiful sandy beach, clean water. The biggest impression were the people working there. All of them went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable but especially Nargiz and Zarina…🙂 Highly recommend

Not a ‘5 star’ customer service

Our experience with the resort compelled me to write a rare if not first Trip Advisor Review! The hotel is fantastic. Very beautiful. One of the best we have visited. We booked the holiday with Jet2 indulgent escapes which included private transfers to and from the hotel. However, we weren’t guaranteed to have safe car seats for our 2 year old and 4 month old baby so we contacted the hotel and paid for another transfer so we had this. On the way from the airport to the hotel there was no issue. On the return there was not an acceptable car seat for my four month old. Even after numerous contacts with the hotel to double check we would have what we asked for. We were told there was no way they could get a car seat in time without us missing our flight so we essentially got forced into using the transfer with no seat for our 4 month old which is exactly what we didn’t want. Upon returning home from the hotel I immediately contacted them with the complaint and a request for our money back for the transfer. Whether it was the fault of the transfer company, or the fault of the hotels communication on booking (I suspect), we don’t really care. The transfer we paid for wasn’t fit for purpose. The hotel have refused to give me a full refund only offering 50% because we took the transfer to the airport (we had no other choice to make our flight by this point). The service by the hotel on this matter has not been ‘5 star’. As of today almost two months on I am yet to receive my 50% refund which is begrudgingly accepted. It’s not about the money for us it’s a matter of principle. And for the sake of £90 the hotel could have offered a full refund and then we could have all moved on and we would have happily returned. This is one of the worst issues in terms of customer service I’ve dealt with from a hotel in all our years of travel and it’s a shame. As a result of what has happened we won’t be returning to the hotel.

Near excellent..

There are lots of good and excellent things. First and most important the quality of all staff is amazing. Everyone around us is always doing everything they can to make us happy and satisfied. Taste of every food in all restaurants is fantastic! But there are some things need to be corrected. First, the Tennis courts are not this hotel level. I dont like the Court surface but it is ok. But there is no towel in courts and the courts are uncared. Plus, there is no good chair to sit during the game. Our other criticism will be about kids club. The people who work there are also very nice but they are unorganized and I think their manager needs to get a list for organizations. For example you can have a time list for PlayStation room. If you have a list, people will know when the line will come to them and don’t wait unnecessarily. Also lots of the toys in kids club are broken and old. They need maintenance i guess. But apart from these things, this was really good holiday. I wanna thank all the people who took care of us. I hope I will see you next year!

Pascarella was above expectations. As an Italian, I have to say food was amazing but service was even better. Aysun took great care of us, being kind, fast and responsive during all the dinner.

Great place for family vacation

Loved our stay at this property. The staff in general was extremely kind and attentive especially the concierge team and the kids center team. It’s a great place to go with families as there’s lots to do without having to leave the premises. My daughter had a blast in the kids center and I had fully enjoyed the beach, the cabanas and the F&B outlets
