2.0My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. After going back and forth and showing them the confirmation Expedia sent me back in August when I booked this hotel (our stay was in November) they ended up giving us three rooms. The rooms were old, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold, the sheets on our bed had holes. We had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it is conveniently in the center of Managua near transportation and food. I was so relieved that we were leaving at 5:00am to the airport the next day.

10.0Always love staying here. The location is great. Walking distance (on a nice day) to MetroCentro. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. During the week, lunch is available. There is a business center, and convenience store onsite. Early check-in is possible, with proper notice. It's close to: Wembes market MetroCentro Carratera Masaya UCA bus terminal (where you can take a bus to anywhere in Nicaragua) MINSA The Japanese Botanical Garden And more...
