10.0La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La atención del personal fue increíble, siempre amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. La comida fue deliciosa, con platos muy bien preparados. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y acogedoras, ideales para descansar. Además, la vista al Cotopaxi es simplemente espectacular y hace que la estadía sea inolvidable.
− No tengo comentarios negativos. Todo superó nuestras expectativas.

Schöne Lodge direkt am Cotopaxi NP.
10.0Sehr schöne kleinere Lodge fast direkt am Nordeingang des Cotopaxi NP. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Von der Lodge aus hat man einen sehr guten Blick auf den Cotopaxi Vulkan und andere Berge. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

− Shady establishment They coerce you to pay 50% deposit prior to your arrival to a PayPal account of some dude otherwise your booking is cancelled. They accept credit cards on site. They tried to coerce me to circumvent booking.com, cancel my reservation and book directly with them. The manager/owner is never available in person. She called me back after two months since I have requested to speak to her only because I informed her in writing about my intent to leave negative reviews. Arrogant, inhospitable person. She scapegoats her innocent staff for everything. No privacy whatsoever. Paper thin walls made of foam painted to look like cement. You can hear everything happening in all the rooms next to yours. French windows allow everyone from passersby to guests in the dining room to look at your bed. WiFi is abysmal in the rooms. It was impossible to use WhatsApp to make even that one call with the manager/owner. Multiple times shower ran out of water both hot and cold. There is absolutely no place around to eat besides the hotel’s restaurant. Get Outlook for iOS
