Very Bad Hotel
1.0Nothing.
− In the beginning the employee thought my room didn't have breakfast included and charged me for it. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install the toilet paper holder on the wall, next to the arm area. I kept bumping into it and had to sit at an angle. The hotel also wants me to throw out my own garbage. Also, the hotel is charging me for a screen that was already broken upon arrival. Everyone BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY AT KENSINGTON RESORT HOTEL! They will charge you for something you already paid for, and something that was already broken. Once again, DO NOT STAY HERE OR ELSE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
Overall good but probably overpriced for the value of the property and amenities
