− the facility is old, the blanket is too thick. they should provide normal blanket not comforters, especially in summer

− The room itself feels gloomy, sheets had stains, aircon was not cooling that much, and most importantly, the bathroom stinks! the water stinks! it smells like sewer! we had to buy drinking water for brushing our teeth because we were really grossed out. Yes, it’s cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad of service.
