10.0Nice, very clean hotel overlooking water. Walking distance to everything i.e. Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and restaurants. The room was very pretty and the bathroom was immaculate. We were on the 3rd floor which were very steep stairs ( 2 flights that curved). This was manageable for us but if you have any physical limitations I would ask which floor you will be on. It may be difficult for some to carry luggage up the 2 flights. The hotel did not offer free coffee due to the pandemic. It was very difficult to find coffee places open while we were there. Maybe the hotel could have it on an outside table on the covered porch.

10.0Location! Grounds are beautiful, with amazing gardens attracting hummingbirds. We often occupied two adirondacks in photo!

10.0Clean very quiet and sitting by the ocean was so relaxing. You can walk to all the great restaurants and shops in downtown ogunquit. Would definitely stay here again

10.0The rooms are spacious, bright and airy. Incredible accommodations for the price! Parking is a little tight and one inconsiderate guest can throw the whole place into disarray. We will definitely stay again!
