9.0We stayed in the chalet which is incredible to have your whole little sanctuary, and the chalet is beautiful Reception and restaurant staff were kind, helpful and welcoming The hotel is beautiful - the Swiss chalet style is really charming Pool area was lovely Views were beautiful Food in the restaurant was great
− The food menu was probably the most expensive we came across in our entire trip around northern Spain - but this was more a feature of being so reasonable everywhere else that the prices just seemed a little off. But worth it for the setting and for the ease of eating at the hotel!

Reservations staying overnight on December 31st will be required to book the special New Year's Eve dinner. This menu is not included in the price, please check it with the hotel.
Please note the published rates for half board stays on December 24th and 31st include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening.
CHALET CANCELLATION POLICY 2024-2025
If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Payment for the first night must be made at the time of booking.

The reservation price includes accommodations in the indicated regime. (Does not include drinks at lunch or dinner) and includes the services that are expressly contracted. Children from 2 to 11 years old included are considered children for the purposes of reservations. From 12 years old they will be considered adults. Extra bed on request.
