Amazing Rooms, Amazing Breakfast, and Amazing Staff
10.0We stayed there for 4 nights. After the first night my brother and I were staying there, they asked how the rooms were. We said it was okay, beds were a bit small for my brother who is over 130KGs. While eating breakfast (top tier made to order breakfast) they upgraded our room. Their staff moved our stuff over, we get a better room, a better view, and a great experience. We then needed an urgent extra night due to flooding and extreme weather conditions on the N2. They didn't try overcharge or take advantage. They even pre-blocked off the room until we made the final decision. Over and beyond is what makes them a top tier space to stay in. Thank you!

10.0Meg was amazing. Our return flight got cancelled and we got another one, one day earlier. Meg didn't hesitate to amend our original booking and organising a refund for the day we lost. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful.
