5.0Staff seemed to be nice and trying to help as much as they can to make up for everything else. Breakfast was quite good.
− Location is not great even in a relatively small island. One of the 2 times we had the house keeping was really bad, they didn’t even make the bed (not to mention changing sheets), basically just took the trash and changed towels! We were locked out of the room twice because the lock kept not working, one of the two times we had to wait out for at least half an hour because they had to get someone to change the lock. Room amenities were not good at all. There wasn’t even shower gel in the bathroom, just low quality shampoo and conditioner. Shower head looked old and dirty as well :/

10.0시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 널찍한 편이라 좋습니다. 무엇보다 바닥이 대리석 비슷한 거라 카페트나 마루보다 청결 상태가 아주 좋았습니다. 주방 시설도 깨끗하고요. 또 중문에 있어서 위치가 좋고, 해변으로 이어지는 산책로도 적당한 거리로 좋았어요. 수영장도 크지 않지만 적당히 놀만 했고요. 가족 모두 만족스러워 재방문 의사 있습니다.

10.0Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno. Variado y completo. Las chicas tienen un trato hermoso, son amables y nos atendieron excelente!
− La zona donde se ubica el hotel es preciosa, pero muy húmeda en esta época. Viajas media hora y cambia completamente. Pero eso por supuesto que no tiene que ver con el hotel ya que es hermoso!!
