Very Disappointing
2.0Two hours after check-in the elevator went down and made it impossible to get to our room with my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to use a medical device in the room. I requsted a refund and was told I "should" be refunded the cost; however, I have yet to receive the refund or any communication from the hotel.

2.0This hotel has an amazing rate, which is why we booked here. Well, save yourself damage to your vehicle and DO NOT stay here. Our vehicle was broken into. So was another vehicle parked two cars over. Didn't help anything that we parked under a light and beside a sign stating the property was protected by cameras.

8.0It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.
