O ambiente e os quartos muito acolhedores e confortáveis. Pessoal do hotel sempre muito solicito a atender as demandas dos hospedes. Localização excelente, 5 minutos a pé do centro comercial da Vila Capivari.

− A capacidade do estacionamento não atende a 100% dos hóspedes.

localização boa, proxima ao capivari , cafe da manha bom

− o que me enconmodou, que proximo de onde tem a mesa, não tem tomadas para ligar aparelhos eletronico, solicitamos uma extensão ou um T, nao tivemos sucesso pois o T nao funcionou e nao tivemos outra alternativa a nao ser arrastar o movel, e fazer as proprias extensões dos aparelhos alcansarem, mas isso foi so um detalhe claro, a acustica achei bem fraca, bem que estava acontecendo um jogo de copa do mundo e a familia vizinha estava bem empolgada, então acredito que ambas as situações foram caso isolados do momento

Superou as minhas expectativas! Estava viajando, eu e minha filha adolescente, e nós adoramos tudo! Bem próximo ao centro fui todas as vezes e voltei a pé, muito tranquilo. O quarto super confortável, o chuveiro delicioso pq está bastante frioooooo. Eles ligam aquecedor no começo da noite qdo chegava no quarto estava quentinho e o banheiro TB tem aquecedor. O café super gostosinho: pães, frutas, bolos entre outras coisinhas... Já estou planejando voltar e ficar no mesmo lugar.... Ps: tem lareira todas as noites eles acederam, eu levei marshmallow e os palitos e saboreamos.

A localização é ótima. A cama e boa, o quarto é quentinho e o chuveiro é bom e esquenta bem. Café da manhã tem tudo o que é essencial para um café e tudo o que comemos estava gostoso. Enfim ótimo custo-benefício.

Localização, funcionários atenciosos, Café da manhã simples mas muito bom.

− A limpeza da pousada é ótima, porém uma toalha estava manchada aparentando sujeira, essa foi a única questão que me deixou triste.
