− The bedroom and bathroom smells very bad, the room is not properly soundproofed that sound coming from corridor can still be heard from inside especially if there are children shouting/telling.

− Kebetulan kamar yg kami tempati dekat dengan lift hanya saja Kamar tidak kedap suara . Suara lalu lalang terdengar jelas.
Molto buono!
9.0Ottima posizione vicino al centro e a negozi dove fare shopping. Comoda posizione per visitare edifici storici della città e i Templi di Borobudur e Prambanan. Chiedete alla reception di chiamare Linda Lee per farvi accompagnare in queste visite. Ottima la colazione e ottimo il ristorane interno.
− Mancanza di saponette (solo dispenser doccia/shampo) e solo un asciugamano a testa.

The hotel smells bad, the room and bed are small. No standard basic items.
4.0Location is close to Malioboro. There are a lot of variety food during breakfast time. The staffs are excellent. The laundry service vendor are excellent.
− There was a stain on the bedsheet. The elevator smells. The room and the bed are really small. No refrigerator. No place to put luggage on. The breakfast room smells bad. No handtowel. The dishes are dirty, found food on quite a lot of dishes. The hotel is not soundproof. Too much noisy, especially our room was close to the swimming pool. You can hear people walking, talking. Not a place where you can relax and sleep nicely.
