10.0I was extremely grateful to the host who let me in 4 (four!) hours before normal check in time! At 35+ degrees and with 2 hours of sleep I was so happy.
− Everything was great. The only super little inconvenience was that AC wasn't powerful enough, though at 35-40 degrees and with high humidity I'm not sure if it was possible to do much better. It still was not bad.

10.0If you want to stay at an extremely clean, nice and comfortable rooom with private bathroom do not hesitate to book Beni Benius. I stayed 4 nights and I really enjoyed the room, its central location with a lot of restaurants nearby and the comfort of the bed. Sergio was very accommodating and responsive when I had doubts and the cleaning lady (I did not get her name unfortunately) was such a sweeatheart. I really loved her. This place made my visit to Sardinien over the top.

8.0Situato in vicino alla stazione di Cagliari e poco distante da tutti i ristoranti. Ottimo per chi soggiorna poche notti e passa la maggior parte del tempo a visitare la città.
− Purtroppo la finestra e il balcone si affacciano su un cortile interno con odori di ventilazione dei ristoranti. Non raccomando di aprire la finestra, in fondo non è necessario perché l'aria condizionata funziona benissimo.
